HAPPY NEW YEAR! What a great way to begin.
This one was not scheduled to be posted today and normally we don’t identify who shot what wedding but I have to say Ayinde did a spectacular job with this one.
We do many small weddings and we like them because of their simplicity; no complex schedule, no large group of guests and family to satisfy, just the freedom to be more creative and the ability to go as far as the bride and groom want. When given this opportunity with a couple, we will often do more than we are paid to do, because its easy to strike synergy and create great images, when the clutter of a large wedding is cut away. That’s why we like it; its like a moment of stillness in what can sometimes be cacophonous slew of photography work. It’s downtime during uptime. This year Shaquille and Sydney was one of those couples. They really allowed us to do what we do best; translate relationships into powerful imagery and Ayinde represented beautifully not only Shaquille & Sydney as a couple but also the Relate philosophy behind small wedding capture.
