Marlon has been my friend for over a decade now. We’ve shared tastes in music, hit the gym together (in the good ole’ days) and have generally been a good influence on each others life. He’s been there, way before weddings and photography, so it would only make sense for us to REALLY want to shoot his wedding. In addition, Marlon is one of the best men I know and he has successfully been able to find the absolute best lady for him, in Avianne. I really don’t think I should share the details of what it took to get them this place but lets just say, one cannot measure closeness in physical distance.

About the wedding now. This was one of the weddings that transcended, what would normally be considered the content of a wedding. Of course there was cake, speeches and the like but the atmosphere was one you could not imagine or even concoct. Everything pointed toward the strength of marriage commitment and gave them a start, into what I’m more than certain, will be a long and successful life together.

We didn’t shoot getting ready, there was really no dancing to speak of but this is hands down, one of the BEST weddings we’ve ever done. Congratulations Marlon & Avianne.

Some images are timeless and if its one thing I like about fearless photographers is that you can submit images you created whenever...because a good image is a good image. We created this one some time ago and we already won a WPJA award for it but it still strikes…
Kevin and Nicole's wedding last year in Barbados was one of the best destination weddings we've ever done and even after a year, it's still making waves. We worked with the wonderful Island Bliss Team, and here's our feature BRIDELIFE Magazine. You can seen the full magazine HERE
